· Support for SPDY protocol to load websites faster;
· HTML parsing is supported by XMLHttpRequest;
· Unprefixed websockets;
· IndexedDB restores files;
· Fixed media controls for HTML5 videos;
· Fixed Firefox notifications to work with Growl 1.3 or higher.

On the other hand, Thunderbird 11 Beta features tabs shown above the toolbar, a new wizard to sign up for new accounts, and the Bogofilter, POPFile, DSPAM trust options were added to junk settings.
