Owners of Windows Phone 8 smartphones can now download a new flavor of the FB Pages Manager application for their devices, namely version 1.7.0.0.

With this application, users will be able to easily manage all of their Facebook pages while on the go, thanks to features such as update / delete / share pages status, update photos, check and respond to messages, and the like.

“You can view all your page insights, like or unlike, basically you can do pretty much everything on your pages that you do on your PC browser,” the app’s description reads.

Users can also pin pages to the start screen so as to receive notifications even when the client itself is not running. FB Pages Manager comes with various personalization features as well, enabling users to apply to it either the phone theme or the Facebook theme.

The updated software comes with fixes for message notifications and resolves all crash bugs reported since the last update. It also patches an issue with YouTube videos not opening correctly in IE.

On top of that, the new app iteration adds a series of new features, including a notification refresh option, which allows users to pull to refresh.

Starting with FB Pages Manager for Windows Phone 1.7.0.0, users will also be able to take advantage of a home button when entering in the app via Page tile, and will enjoy Multi Photo Upload on albums.

Other new additions to the mobile client include photo on messages, the ability to share photos directly into the app, and support for redeeming codes. However, the feature can be enjoyed only on Windows Phone 8 devices for the time being.

The updated mobile client also comes with a redesigned Notification System, the available release notes unveil. The new app build was submitted to the Windows Phone Store last week, but it became available for download only on Monday, it seems.
