Another batch of bug fixes and performance enhancements

The thoughtful bunch at Dropbox Inc. have released a maintenance update for avid users of their cloud platform, delivering some code tweaks for the iOS client.

Dropbox puts your entire digital life in one folder on your Mac, Windows, or Linux PC, as well as on most mobiles out there, and syncs that folder with the rest of your devices to allow you to keep your files handy at all times.

That paragraph above was for the people who’ve been living under a rock for the past decade.

For everyone else, the message from Dropbox Inc. this week is loud and clear: version 3.0.1 includes “bug fixes and performance enhancements.”

Personally I haven’t had a single problem with the Dropbox iOS client since I first started using it, but I’ve also been lucky enough to use a relatively new iPhone with each passing generation. Most apps usually require bug fixes for older devices, so this one should be no different.
