The stable version for Dropbox client received an update that brings to the table a hefty set of repairs for all supported platforms.

Users should no longer experience difficulties with seeing the sharing dialog when clicking the Share Link button, and on Windows the tray pop up menu is now displayed correctly when Aero feature is enabled or disabled.

Additional bugs squashed in this release refer to incorrect rendering of the list of recently changed files, client hanging because of the gear menu or the incorrect system clock affecting the notifications and making them useless.

On Windows, the developer fixed an issue that prevented Dropbox from restarting and thus applying modifications such as language change or unlinking. Furthermore, on XP there should no longer be a problem with the appearance of the tray pop-up menu.

The experimental release of the client received an update, too, which fixes a memory leak in the menu, a rare issue affecting how Dropbox reads files and one with the initialization of the program.
