14 DAY TRIAL // Faronics is out with a new version of the company’s Deep Freeze admin tool for Mac and Windows, which allows users to protect a computer by completely restoring it to the original configuration every time it restarts.
Updated today with a specific focus on the Mac, Deep Freeze 5.80.2200.0820 offers support for OS X 10.9 aka Mavericks, and adds compatibility with Apple Remote Desktop 3.
A couple of fixes are mentioned in the changelog, including a “cosmetic” tweak for truncated text in the German version, and another visual bug fix involving alignment.
