Bloom Built’s popular diary application for iPhone and iPad users, Day One, got a brief update this weekend. Users who have been experiencing issues with the app are advised to update.

You wouldn’t think Day One was a troublesome app, had you gone through the reviews on iTunes which are mostly positive. But some customers have been having some problems with the journal app as of late.

For example, in some instances Day One would not preserve photo edits made in the Photos app, and some users have reported that the app incorrectly sets time in the Atlantic time zone. Version 1.11.2 addresses both these bugs, according to the developers.

Day One is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad, and requires iOS 6.0 or later.
