CodeWeavers fixes tons of bugs specifically affecting OS X users

CrossOver 12.2.0 is out for Mac and Linux users, containing a truckload of fixes and improvements, most of which are geared towards OS X customers.

As usual, CodeWeavers includes new application support by dealing a blow to several bugs affecting Quicken, the popular personal finance software.

For example, the new CrossOver 12.2.0 fixes a bug that caused Quicken to fail to register on Mac OS X. Some graphics distortions in some Quicken windows are also addressed.

Some issues with the drag & drop function in the Mac Driver have been addressed, and Gamma support has been improved.

Window flickering issues have been “reduced,” which certainly doesn’t sound very promising. A changelog needs to say “fixed” when you’re faced with this type of issue. Hopefully it’s just a slip of the tongue.

The update also fixes a bug which caused the software to replace Simplified Chinese with Traditional Chinese. Honest mistake, if you were to ask a person, but not for a piece of software.
