Owners of Android-based devices can now download and install a new flavor of the Google Chrome Beta browser, which was made available for them as version 34.0.1847.62.

Following the update, users should enjoy a better experience when browsing the web using this app, as various issues previously found in it have been resolved.

According to the changelog that Jason Kersey from the Google Chrome team has posted on the Chrome Releases blog, the new browser iteration was pushed out mainly to deliver a series of stability improvements.

One of the bugs that have been fixed in this release was causing black pages on resume of Chrome for Android. This was a known issue in the previously available Chrome Beta for Android iteration.

Those who would like to learn more details on the changes included in the new update should head over to the SVN revision log.

Just keep in mind that the software is in beta, which means that it could still include a series of issues. Those who find problems and are willing to report them are encouraged to do so, as this will ensure that they are fixed as soon as possible.

You can download Chrome Beta 34.0.1847.62 for Android from Softpedia today. The application is compatible with all devices running under Android 4.0 and newer platform versions.
