King.com Limited’s match-three puzzler Candy Crush Saga is officially the #1 top grossing app on iTunes. The free game requires only iOS 4.3.5 and works with most iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. Candy Crush Saga is built on the popular match-three system which has players switching and matching their way through more than 185 levels, thanks to the latest update (1.05).
Gamers get leaderboards, items to unlock by completing levels, boosters and charms to help with challenging levels, and seamless synchronization with the Facebook version of the game.
Although the requirements list says iOS 4.3 is the minimum iOS version recommended, the app’s description actually says you need iOS 4.3.5 installed for a good experience with the game.
Candy Crush Saga is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. The app is also optimized for iPhone 5 and iPad mini.
