14 DAY TRIAL // It looks like bada 2.0 update has finally been released after Samsung delayed it last year. Initially slated for a 2011 release bada 2.0 update for Wave smartphone is now available for download.
However, the major software update is only available for Samsung Wave S8500. Those who own this model will need to download and install the latest version of Samsung Kies desktop software on their PCs in order to be able to update their smartphones.
There’s no official word on the update yet, but the folks over at Sammobile spotted the bada 2.0 for Wave S8500 on the company’s servers. For the time being, the update is available in Belgium, Luxemburg, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Macedonia, Serbia and Switzerland.
Samsung will roll out bada 2.0 for the Samsung Wave S8500 in additional countries as well, but these are the first to get it.
