French game development studio Gameloft has released a brief update to Asphalt 7: Heat, the gorgeous racing game for iPhone and iPad gamers. The incremental release patches a bug involving “car loss.”

It is unclear what the v.1.0.9 changelog refers to, as “car loss” can mean anything from losing your car on the track, to losing an actual car in your lineup. Avid players of the game surely know what this is all about (especially those who’ve been complaining about “lost” cars).

In the previous update, Gameloft debuted the stunningly-looking Marussia B2 in the game, alongside the classy Plymouth Prowler. If you haven’t updated your Asphalt in a while, hit the link below.

Asphalt 7: Heat is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad, and requires iOS 4.3 or later.
