14 DAY TRIAL // Rovio Mobile Ltd. has announced Angry Birds Space 1.2.0 for iPhone and iPod touch owners, a new version of the incredibly popular, space-themed, avian puzzle-platformer.
What's New in Version 1.2.0 you ask? Planet Utopia, that’s what. Rovio welcomes everyone to this delicious “food planet” with “10 delectable new levels filled with popcorn, cookies, and candy apples.”
Players are to “munch [their] way through 10 tasty new levels; bounce birds off jelly trampolines; [and] pop corn to create delicious mayhem!”
Angry Birds Space sells for $0.99 / 0.79 EUR in the iTunes App Store. The game is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad and requires iOS 4.0 or later.
Android gamers will get this update soon enough, Rovio said.
