DeviantArt user Misaki2009 has published the full pack of Windows 8.1 RTM wallpapers, so you can use them on your computer regardless of whether you are running Windows XP, Vista, 7, or 8.
As I reported a couple of hours ago, Microsoft calls the default 8.1 wallpaper “Harmony,” but no specifics have been provided on the reasoning behind this designation.
