Windows 8 operating system, as it comes with unlimited roaming alarms, 3 world clocks, weather, currency exchange rates, music players, Facebook and news feeds, photo albums and a lot more.
The app can display the alarms either as notification messages or on the lock screen, as it also offers background support.
Of course, there are plenty of configuration settings and it could take some time to set it up, but this is clearly an excellent app that’s available at absolutely no cost.
