14 DAY TRIAL // Back in February, AMD invited us for a briefing on its upcoming Catalyst drivers update, namely the Catalyst 10.2 and 10.3 Suites. The new drivers were a considerable step up for the Sunnyvale, California-based company, which was planning to provide its consumers with a bunch of new features that would ultimately enable a better experience for the end-user. On that note, the outfit has now released its new Catalyst 10.3 drivers, which complete the long list of new features that AMD Radeon users will now be able to take advantage of.
There are three major features that have been integrated into AMD's latest suite of drivers, including the 3D Stereoscopic support, several Eyefinity-related updates and the re-introduction of the Catalyst Mobility drivers. You can read a more detailed take on the features that will be available with the new suite, following our preview article from February. However, we will briefly note the highlights of the new Catalyst release:

The suite includes the ATI Radeon display driver 8.712, the HydraVision for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, the WDM Driver Install bundle, the southbridge/IXP driver and the Catalyst Control Center Version 8.712. Users of Radeon HD 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 series of GPUs will be able to take advantage of the features that have been built in the new Catalyst release. In addition, AMD promises a couple of performance increments with the new drivers, just what the company needs, ahead of the release of NVIDIA's Fermi cards.
