ASUS has outed a large number of BIOS versions targeted at most of its FM2 and LGA2011 socket-based motherboards, which promise to improve the compatible devices’ overall performance.

The new releases optimize BIOS configuration and improve system stability for the devices holding AMD’s FM2 socket, and enhance system compatibility and add support for new central processing units for boards that have socket 2011.

Moreover, the last socket also benefits from increased Profile and system stability, and compatibility improvements added for some CPUs and for Intel’s Phi series.

As for installing each of the available versions, first you should know that the BIOS update procedures is to be used only when the newer package specifically fixes an issue that the board has been encountering.

The upgrade process is quite risky, therefore, don’t apply a new BIOS just to be up to date with the latest version, because it’s a risk that you can avoid.

However, if the latest package is helpful to you, while installing it, make sure you don’t interrupt the process in any way, so that the device doesn’t encounter any problems.

That being said, from the links below, choose the one that best describes you board’s socket, and from the list, click on the motherboard-related link in order to see all the changes that will be made through an update, and to download the latest BIOS version.
