Windows 7 users can download a new HD display driver for selected boards

Here's a new display driver from Intel, designed to improve your multimedia experience, when it comes to integrated graphic chips: the Intel HD Graphics driver 8.15.10.2696/ 6.14.10.5400 (XP).

This new driver supports only Windows XP and 7 operating systems, no matter whether you run the 32-bit or the 64-bit editions, and has been developed to complement some of the Intel boards loaded with the new chipsets: Z77 and H77. No prospects for Windows Vista, whatsoever.

As you probably know by now, we're talking about motherboards which can accommodate CPUs in the Core i series, ranging from the Core i3 up to the "hardcore" models in the Core i7 series, and most boards can handle up to 32 GB of DDR3 memory.

SATA 6Gb/s and USB 3.0 connectivity are of course standard features for these boards, while integrated HD audio and graphics are present, as expected. Below you can check whether Intel has new display drivers for your board:
