Dovado has made available the newest firmware package developed for its Tiny, PRO, GO, and DOMA routers, namely version 7.1.3, which includes a few fixes that improve the devices’ overall performance and compatibility.

Specifically speaking, the firmware fixes a problem encountered while trying to change the static WAN port settings, and adds some speed improvements for Windows file transfer (SMB) on the Dovado PRO router.

Moreover, the newly released update resolves a compatibility issue spotted when using Sierra Wireless and PPTP on the Dovado Tiny, DOMA, and GO devices.

As for installing this package, get and extract the downloadable archive, log into your router’s web interface (at 192.168.0.1), and go to the Upgrade → HTTP Upgrade page.

Browse and select the firmware (.bin file format) that you’ve just extracted, and click on the “Start HTTP Upgrade” button to initiate the process (the installation takes about 3 minutes).

Therefore, if you own one of the compatible devices, go ahead and download Firmware 7.1.3 for Dovado Routers, and enjoy the benefits of this update.
