Valve has released a Linux update for Dota 2 with just a few changes

Dota 2, Valve's own take on the famous Dota mod for Warcraft 3, has just received a major update for all the platforms.

The company has announced that Dota 2 for Linux and Mac OS X is now available for download, skipping the usual Beta versions.

Highlights of the latest Dota 2 update:

• Purchasing additional International Compendiums now properly grants all unlocked rewards; • The Cauldron of Xahryx and Mace of the Chosen have been improved; • A bug where certain units weren't animating has been fixed; • The One Horn is now set to Rare.
