Dota 2's latest update includes some changes to matchmaking ratings as well as some model and animation fixes and some workshop updates.

Valve's creation is currently one of the most popular multiplayer online battle arena games out there, constantly fighting Riot's League of Legends for the top spot.

The patch introduces a change in the way matchmaking rating are calculated, match length no longer being a factor in the equation.

The Dota 2 patch notes revealed that most of the updates were related to the Workshop, adding the Wraith King and solving a couple of problems relating to budgets not showing up or requiring some changes, as well as updating some textures and internal workshop files.

Some cosmetic fixes include model and animation fixes to the Invoker's Forged Spirit and Iceforged Spirit as well as to the Osky Ottragon International Courier. The Evergreen Stalker treants have also received a hitbox fix.

An UI fix has also been implemented, resolving an issue where Dota 2 did not correctly take focus on startup.
