Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! (Super Donkey Kong 3 in Japan)
is the final installment in the original Donkey Kong Country trilogy. It was developed by Rareware, distributed by Nintendo and released in late 1996 for the Super NES/Super Famicom. The game was also ported over to Game Boy Advance and released in November 2005. As with the past two Donkey Kong Country games, a Game Boy Advance port was developed by Rare (released on November 7th 2005). The title omits the original's subtitle: "Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!" Amongst the changes is Pacifica, a bonus world exclusive to the GBA version of the game, accessible halfway through the game. This differs from other GBA ports like Yoshi's Island, where new stages only become accessible after the game's completion. With Pacifia put into the game there was also a new boss put into the game (but not for Pacifica, which featured an old boss). The port also had a number of minor changes, including a brighter screen, around the time when the Game Boy Advance SP had the backlight refitted. Whenever you change from Kiddy Kong to Dixie Kong being in the lead, in the SNES version, Dixie blows bubblegum and pops it with her finger, which interrupts the "Change Partners" sound effect and in the GBA port, it was changed to have them jump and land to change their positions, so that the "Change Partners" sound effect could be fully heard. Wrinkly Kong's Save Caves are also omitted, having being replaced by Cranky's Dojo. Swanky's bonus games now feature a virtual reality where the player must collect stars.

Glitches
Unlimited Bear Coins Go to the Sunken Spruce level in Pacifica. After you get to the second Bonus level (the one near the rope), go up and get the Bear Coin that's by the Buzz, then go into the Bonus level. Either win or lose and you'll end up by the rope, with the Bear Coin still there. Repeat this to get unlimited Bear Coins.
Secrets
Best ending To obtain the best ending in the game, you must collect every Bonus Coin in the game, every DK Coin and every Banana Bird and defeat the last boss in Krematoa.
Reach Krematoa To reach Krematoa (the Lost World), go to four rocks east (left) of Mekanos. Stay on the rocks as you circle around it clockwise about four times and the volcano will replace the rocks.
Reach Pacifica To reach the new exclusive to this game Oceanic based world, when you get the jetski use your turbo up the waterfall right where you started the game. Go up the waterfall after that and swim to the very hidden world marked by a K Rool Flag.
Here's a video of the game's ending! Enjoy it and remember the good times you had with this classic title:
