Carlyle Group and Extell Development have signed deal for three apartment buildings and a land strip on the upper West Side from
a group of investors from Hong Kong and Donald trump. The deal is worth $1.76 billion.
The 1,325 apartment units of a bout 1.06 million square feet and the 40.000 square feet of retail space are soon to be resold for $816 million.
The new buyer is the Chicago-based Equity Residential.
59th and 65th streets, West End Avenue and Riverside Blvd., bound the land which Donald trump has closed the deal for.
