Billionaire Donald Trump is no fan of wind farms, and wind farms that folks want to erect close to one of his properties are his least favorite of the bunch. Apparently, Donald Trump's hatred of wind energy is so great that he can't even get satire anymore.

Not to beat about the bush, the billionaire has recently retweeted a graphic that disproved his very own arguments against wind farms.

The graphic was pieced together by a Ketan Joshi, who based it on information collected by Simon Chapman, a professor of public health at the Sydney University.

At a first glance, the graphic in question makes a case against wind energy by detailing information concerning the so-called wind turbine syndrome that people living close to such green energy facilities supposedly develop after a while.

The only problem is that the evidence is favor of the wind turbine syndrome included in this graphic is all anecdotal, and therefore not in the least reliable.

On the contrary, the 216 anecdotal symptoms associated with the wind turbine syndrome that professor Simon Chapman has collected and that Ketan Joshi has included in his infographic are anything but bullet-proof evidence that wind farms are evil.

“A few days ago, Trump trumped the selflessness of these acts by tweeting an infographic demonstrating the dangers of exposure to wind turbines, to his 2,444,053 followers. If that infographic looks familiar, it’s because I made it, and posted it few months ago. The reason I made it was to demonstrate the outcomes of over-reliance on anecdotal evidence,” Ketan Joshi explains, as cited by Clean Technica.

“I even included the following quote, to make the purpose of the graphic utterly unambiguous: 'Thinking anecdotally comes naturally; whereas thinking scientifically does not,'” he adds.

As previously reports, Donal Trump is now trying to block plans to build an offshore wind farm in Aberdeen Bay, Scotland. The magnate fears that, when up and running, the farm would ruin the view from his nearby golf course.
