Don't Starve, the procedurally generated survival game from Klei Entertainment, is set to receive a brand new update tomorrow, August 20, in the form of The Stuff of Nightmares expansion, which brings new areas to explore, new monsters to fight, as well as new abilities and even support for the Steam Workshop.

Don't Starve was a big hit for Klei Entertainment, largely because the studio released it as an alpha version last year and allowed fans to contribute with ideas to the game.

After its official release earlier this year, lots of themed updates have appeared for the game, including the upcoming Stuff of Nightmares.

As you can see in the video above, lots of new things are included in the patch, from fresh areas and monsters, to new skills like the teleport one.

What's more, the game will also receive support for the Steam Workshop, which means players can create and share their own content for Don't Starve.

Look forward to the release of the new patch tomorrow, August 20, on the PC platform, via Steam.
