Don Mattrick’s move from the Xbox One division of Microsoft to Zynga remains a little baffling, but the social game company has certainly made a very attractive offer from a financial point of view.

Here are all the bonuses and payments that Zynga is listing in an official document:

- 5 million dollars (3.5 million Euro) signing bonus - 1 million dollars (750,000 Euro) annual salary - 2 million dollars (1.5 million Euro) cash bonus - Zynga stock that is worth more than 11 million dollars (8.2 million Euro) and restricted stock that will be delivered in the coming years - an option to purchase even more stock - starting with 2014, another bonus based on performance that can reach 4 million dollars (3 million Euro)

A lot of the future revenue for the former Xbox One team leader will be linked to his ability to turn around the fortunes of Zynga.
