The folks over at Dolphin Browser have just released a new version of their Jetpack mobile browser for Android devices. The latest iteration comes with several improvements and bug fixes, but no additional features have been added.

Unfortunately, Dolphin Jetpack 4.1 does not come with an official chagelog attached to it, so we must assume the update only brings some minor changes.

Dolphin Browser added lots of improvements to overall stability, as well as faster switching of pages when going backwards or forwards in the previous major update.

However, it looks like the browser needs more maintenance updates, as minor bugs are still present in this version of Dolphin Jetpack.

For those unaware, Dolphin Jetpack is an improved browser kernel with extensive canvas/ GPU / JavaScript enhancement and under the hood technology, which makes Dolphin Browser one of the best performers when it comes to HTML5 browser scores.

It does come with Flash support, auto-fit pages, great fullscreen experience when playing HTML5 videos, web game and other nifty features.

Keep in mind though the the application should be used with the latest version of Dolphin Browser for the best possible experience.

You can now download Dolphin Jetpack 4.1 for Android for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application is fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.3 and up.
