Dolphin Browser Mini Arrives in the Android Market

The beta version of Dolphin Browser Mini was added to the Android Market, offering a wide range of users out there the possibility to try it out and enjoy its capabilities.

The application was released not too long ago, aimed at offering a fast browsing experience to even more users than before, as it is a light-weight flavor of the already popular Dolphin Browser HD.

“Dolphin Browser Mini is a brand new version developed by Dolphin Browser Team, which is aiming at providing a faster user experience for you. Same with Dolphin Browser Original, it is built on Android 1.6 engine,” the company notes.

According to the development team, the new application was built on Android 1.6 engine, and offers compatibility with older Android versions. The browser was already downloaded and installed by a number of over 19 thousand users, and should appeal to even more of them.

“Dolphin Browser Mini will win all the other browsers with its High speed responsibility. You can treat it as the mini version of Dolphin Browser HD and the upgrade version of Dolphin Browser,” the company continues.

Since there are a wide range of Android users who cannot install the Dolphin Browser HD on their devices, either because the OS version does not support it, or because the specs of the handset prevent them from doing that.

For them, the company prepared the Dolphin Browser Mini, with features similar with those included in Dolphin Browser HD.

“But like a lot of Android apps it’s not available on devices running older versions of the OS. If you’re running on Android 2.0- or the performance of your cellphone is not that good, there’s a new browser which brings a much-improved Web experience for you to choose,” the company notes.

The new Dolphin Browser Mini beta version can be downloaded from the Android Market now.
