Notion Ink Adam, the tablet PC that attracted a lot of attention during the fourth quarter of the last year, is being pre-loaded with the Dolphin Browser HD.

The team behind the mobile browser has just announced the availability of their application on the Android-based tablet PC, while expressing their joy for that.

“Today Dolphin Browser is extremely delighted to announce the collaboration with Notion Ink for Adam gets its latest updates with Dolphin Browser HD pre-installed,” the company notes in a recent blog post.

“It will come bundled with the next update all the existing Adam user will get due in the 3rd week of this month. This image will also be pre-installed on the devices ordered in the next round of orders which is about to start,” Notion Ink announced.

The tablet PC was launched in late December, but started shipping to end-users only in early January. It comes with an appealing design, and with powerful capabilities.

Notion Ink has been hard at work with building the tablet around the Android 2.2 operating system, but also made it compatible with newer flavors of the platform, including Gingerbread and Honeycomb.

The device comes with the company's own user interface, capable of providing a great experience to all users.

“The Adam generated expectation in specialized media leading up to its appearance at the 2011 Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in Las Vegas where it received favorable initial reviews,” Dolphin Browser continues.

“We are extremely excited to meet all Adam tablet users. Hope we can present a wonderful browsing experience to you. Please stay tuned for Dolphin Browser HD on Adam.”

For the time being, the two companies did not unveil specific info on which version of the mobile browser would be loaded on these devices, but one could easily imagine that it might be the latest flavor, Dolphin Browser HD v5.0.
