Dolly Parton was involved in a car accident in Nashville just hours ago but, before you freak out wondering if she’s ok, we should note that her Twitter feed offers a clear indication that she is.

Word of the accident, described as a fender bender, got out on TMZ, which claims to have confirmation of it straight from the Nashville PD.

“Dolly was a passenger in a car being driven by her longtime friend Judy Ogle this morning, when it was struck by another vehicle. So far, the details surrounding the crash are unclear, but cops say Ogle was not to blame for the collision,” the celebrity publication reports.

The country legend was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries, and was released shortly afterwards. About the time she got home, she went on Twitter to set the record straight and, at the same time, put her fans at ease.

“I was in a fender bender this morning here in Nashville, but I am all good... Just a little tired and sore. Resting at home now!” she says.

Knowing Dolly, she will probably be back to work in no time, as soon as her doctors give her the green light. Hopefully, she will also consider doing more awesome appearances like her most recent on Queen Latifah’s TV show.

Video of her introduction to the show is embedded below. Dolly might be one of the most famous and appreciated country singers in the world, but she’s also good at rapping, at least in Dollywood.

The diva, wearing a black and gold outfit and what looked like a giant afro, busted a move on the stage and brought with her a fierce attitude and a serious dose of sassiness. Her rapping might not have been the best (it wasn’t, of course), but it was funny and entertaining.

She got extra points for namedropping Miley Cyrus and letting her know that she too was twerking… with her “wrecking balls.”
