MMA Fighter War Machine, real name Jon Koppenhaver, is still a wanted man. The Las Vegas PD has issued no less than 7 arrest warrants in his name in connection to the Friday assault on his girlfriend Christy Mack, who is still in hospital, and now Dog the Bounty Hunter has joined the police hunt.

From what Mack told the police and in a public statement, she and War Machine were not even together anymore when he burst into her house and started pounding on her, after he humiliated her in a variety of ways.

They had broken up in May and he had moved out of the house. Still, he became enraged when he found her with a male friend, even if Mack swears there was nothing romantic going on. War Machine punched, kicked, stabbed, and tried to rape her, and she is convinced he would have killed her too if she hadn’t found a way to make her escape.

Gruesome photos of her injuries were posted with her statement, including the details of the extent of said injuries. She is still unable to eat solids, walk on her own, or see out of her left eye.

Meanwhile, War Machine, though in hiding from the police, has been tweeting that he’s an innocent and cursed man, and that he actually went to the house because he wanted to surprise Mack with a marriage proposal.

He suggests he found her there with her lover and that the both of them attacked him without provocation, so whatever injuries he inflicted on her were in self-defense. He also says he’s not turning himself in because he knows the police won’t be “fair” in their treatment to him.

Well, he should watch out because Dog the Bounty Hunter is now on the case. The famous bounty hunter was contacted by a member of Mack’s family, who is terrified he might seek her in hospital to “finish the job,” as the saying goes.

Dog took to Twitter to warn War Machine that he was coming for him and even offered him 24 hours to come out on his own or else. The 24 hours are up as of the time of writing and Dog seems determined to bring War Machine to justice no matter what.

He’s also reaching out to people in Vegas and its vicinity, asking for leads to War Machine’s whereabouts. From what we understand from Dog’s Twitter feed, to the initial $10,000 (€7,480) offered as reward for information that might lead to War Machine’s capture, Dog is adding another $10,000 (€7,480) from a generous sponsor, who wants him to be held accountable for his violent actions.

Since Dog the Bounty Hunter has been on the case, War Machine stopped tweeting.
