Does Money Make EA's World Go Round?

A group of important members of the NBA Live community have recently posted on the NBA Live website a protest letter against American based game developer EA. They protest against the fact that EA
does not care about the fans anymore and accuse EA of producing games strictly for financial gain.

They admit that there was a time when EA titles were the best money could buy, but now they blame EA of rushing out game launches, going back on its word and ignoring fans. They discuss that fact that EA releases games in which the CPU won't even use its bench, and overrides user substitutions and explain that this is proof of EA's greediness. Fans who sign the letter go as far as calling themselves fanatics as they admit of spending countless hours making modifications and patches for the EA games.

The main reason for which they wrote this letter was that they were getting sick and tired with EA ignoring them and their complaints, by not taking into considerations their suggestions regarding flaws in EA games.

The unhappy fans give examples of other online gaming communities that are taken into consideration by game producers and explain that those communities openly participate in talks with representatives of embedded game producers.
