Last week’s issue of People magazine carries on the cover a photo of Kate Gosselin in a tiny, white, two-piece swimsuit, boasting the body we see is all hers. Not quite so, plastic surgeons believe.

A single look at two photos of Kate side by side, one from People and an older one from last year, is enough to show that she’s had breast implants, specialists say for the Orange County Register’s In Your Face column.

And, while they can’t seem to agree on whether she’s had more work done and what exactly that may be, they all agree that Mrs. Gosselin couldn’t possibly look this stunning in her bikini without having had some sort of intervention on her chest.

The mere fact that she gave birth to 8 children is working against her in her attempt to convince the world she’s had no work on her breasts, they say.

“So does she have breast implants? I think so. It is unusual for a woman to have given birth to eight children, undergone a tummy tuck, and slimmed down to a tiny size, yet still retain natural, perky, firm, round, and large breasts,” plastic surgeon and blogger Dr. Tony Youn says.

“Usually when the tummy droops, so do the breasts, although often to a lesser extent,” Youn adds. That is to say, Kate must have had at least a lift, if not implants.

“It is very rare for someone to get a tummy tuck and not get a breast augmentation. There is a high chance that she lost volume in her breasts. There will be a loss of breast tissue during pregnancy and she may have had a lift to change that,” Dr. Stuart Linder of Beverly Hills believes.

Dr. Jennifer Walden of New York thinks Kate may have had even more work to look this good – as there’s absolutely no denying she’s at her most stunning ever.

“Looking at recent photos of her in a bikini, she may have had liposuction of her thighs as well. In addition, her chin is much more well-defined in recent photos which could be the result of submental liposuction and a chin implant,” Dr. Walden explains.
