Come on, how come you don't know GEORGE? Well, as incredible as this may sound for me, I'll believe you now, but next
time I'll run each one of you through a lie detector, because now I will tell you all there is to know about GEORGE. Take your notebooks, check your writing tools, and don't forget not to talk during this lecture, all right? If there's no problem, I think it's the right time to start...
GEORGE is a new friend for your iPod, powerful and having multiple functionalities, as well as the best sound quality in its class. GEORGE has a detachable front panel that can work as an ergonomically crafted remote control able to control your digital music library, AM/FM radio, alarms or legacy devices.
The remote features a high resolution screen to show you where you are and where you want to go, and the bandless tuning takes away the barrier between AM and FM, so all you have to do is spin the knob around a seamless circle of stations.
In terms of sound quality, Chuck Leavell, Rolling Stones' keyboard player, the man that will be at Macworld to help launch GEORGE, said that "As a compact music system, GEORGE's sound is the closest to what I hear in the studio when recording", and that's really impressive, especially when you hear it from a well known musician.
GEORGE uses 2-way coaxial speakers that are paired with a downfiring 4" subwoofer that is optimized for low frequency reproductions without excessive EQ or resonant ducts, and the entire system is then bi-amped to ensure ultimate sound quality.
When will you meet GEORGE? At Macworld, of course, on the 9th of this month! Just remember to be at booth #3101 to meet Chuck Leavell and GEORGE. At last, if money is a concern, then I have to tell you that the price starts at 549$ and can go up depending on the additional accessories you choose for your iPod's GEORGE...
