Katherine Heigl is trying to pick up the pieces of her acting career by returning to TV, years after she left “Grey’s Anatomy” slamming the door behind her. She has a new show, “State of Affairs,” that she’s been promoting by denying reports that she was ever a diva, but it seems that they refuse to go away.

She is still the same arrogant and disrespectful, not to mention unprofessional, diva she was back in the day, an item in The National Enquirer, the print edition, reveals (story via CB).

Apparently, she once got so mad that staff didn’t get the right angle on her backside in one scene that she demanded it be reshot, knowing too well how time consuming and expensive this would be. There was nothing else wrong with the scene, so there was no apparent reason for it to be reshot.

“Look at how you filmed by butt!!! [It] looks like the size of Nebraska!” she yelled at producers, says an inside source.

The source explains that she would not listen to reason and even took offense when her co-star Alfre Woodard suggested that, if she really thought her bum looked big on camera, she could always use one of the body doubles available. Admittedly, Heigl believes that she has the “best” backside in Hollywood.

To pacify her because she was “shrieking” and causing a scene, producers agreed to the reshoot. If there’s any truth to this, Heigl is the same woman she was when she left “Grey’s,” thinking she was too good for TV and would make a killing in feature films.

What’s changed now is the fact that she’s trying to make a comeback, so it would serve her best if she were on her best behavior at all times, because she’s most definitely not getting another second chance.
