A new flavor of the Disqus application is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone devices, namely version 1.1, with some appealing enhancements packed inside.

According to the application’s release notes, the new iteration comes with various bug fixes packed inside, while also offering better messaging when a user isn't allowed to post on a site. Furthermore, users will enjoy Dutch and Italian translation in the new application release, it seems.

The app was designed to provide users with notifications on updates on their favorite discussions, while also enabling them to follow users and site authors to get updates on their activity throughout the web.

The app also arrives on devices with access to thousands of active communities and millions of active discussions, and offers support for the Live Tiles in Windows Phone 8.

Disqus for Windows Phone is available for free through the Windows Phone Store.
