At this point, Disney’s Where’s My Water? 2 title continues to top the charts in the free games section of the Windows Store, followed by Microsoft’s Solitaire Collection, and The Gunstringer. Nutjitsu, Taco Master, and Jetpack Joyride come next.
Redmond, on the other hand, continues its efforts to bring more high-quality games in the Windows Store, especially because Windows 8.1 is focused even more on the Modern UI.
At this point, there are more than 120,000 Metro tools available for download on both Windows 8 and Windows RT, so every single app that lands in the Store needs to really have something special in order to gain users’ attention.
