Dishonored Preload Now Live on Steam

Although Bethesda's first-person action title Dishonored is set to unlock on October 12, it appears that preload is now available for those who pre-purchased the game. Obviously, North Americans will be able to start playing the game 3 days earlier than Europeans.

Pre-purchasing the game will also get you a free copy of Arx Fatalis that you can start playing right away, as well as two exclusive Team Fortress 2 items.

According to the official system requirements you'll be needing around 9GB of hard disk space to load Dishonored, but you won't be able to preload the whole file. A small part will be unlocked and will be downloaded the moment the game unlocks.

If you already pre-purchased Dishonored head over to the Library tab on Steam and hit the preload button to have the game downloaded.
