Dishonored Gets New Gameplay Video, Shows Off Supernatural Powers

Arkane Studios, the developer of the upcoming Dishonored first-person action game, has just posted a brand new video with the title, showing off some of the unique supernatural abilities of its protagonist, Corvo, and how he uses them to escape guards after an assassination.

Dishonored sees players take control of Corvo, an assassin with supernatural abilities in a highly stylized steampunk world filled with corruption.

We already saw two very different approaches of its E3 2012 demo thanks to two videos that appeared last month, but now developer Arkane has decided to focus on Corvo’s unique abilities, like Blink, Bend Time, or Possession.

These supernatural powers are employed by the assassin in the footage above as he tries to escape Boyle Mansion after being detected by guards.

Dishonored is out on October 9, in North America, and October 12, in Europe, for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
