A train passenger failing to get a refund for a ticket wrote a letter to the Greater Anglia rail company in the UK, conveying his deepest thoughts on their policy.

He asked for a fee to be refunded and instead got a letter from officials at the train company, citing a 28-day prior notice for ticket cancellations.

Since the unnamed customer didn't let them know that he wouldn't be making the trip almost one month in advance, they wrote him apologizing and denying him the refund on April 12.

According to Metro, he didn't get a refund but he got his payback.

He responds to the company's letter by sending it back to them, enclosed in the same envelope as his own message.

He thanks them for their thoughtful reply and mentions taking the time to roll up their letter, to make it easier for them when they shove it where the sun don't shine.
