14 DAY TRIAL // Codemasters has already begun teasing Dirt 4, the next chapter in its rally-racing simulator series, posting hints and teases on its various social networks.
The dev impressed quite a few racing fans last year with Grid 2, delivering a great experience that walked the fine line between simulator and arcade in terms of mechanics.
Now, for 2014, it seems that Codemasters wants to return to its Dirt series and offer a faithful new iteration, as opposed to the demolition-focused Dirt Showdown from 2012.
The studio has begun posting new photos of rally cars on its Facebook and Twitter accounts and, when asked by fans if this would lead up to a reveal for Dirt 4, the team has been playing coy and replying with "fingers crossed" or different emoticons.
As of yet, it's unclear when Codemasters will make the official reveal but, considering it usually releases its games in late spring, you can expect Dirt 4 to be announced soon.
