Lindsay Lohan's legal problems seem a long way from ending, but that's not stopping momager (mother slash manager) Dina from delivering her a massive blow in the form of a planned memoir, it has emerged.

TMZ claims to have it on very good authority that Dina Lohan has written a book and is now shopping it around town.

Not only that, but she's also dished all the saucy details of her daughter's troubled life in it, the e-zine says. It also claims to have seen a page from said planned memoir – and it's not pretty.

“I blamed her friends, her career and her handlers for an (sic) newfound lifestyle of partying excessively. Drinking, drugging and behaving irresponsibly became Lindsay's way of daily living – and it tore me up inside,” Dina reportedly wrote in a draft for the prologue to the book, which she's now showing publishers.

She also says she couldn't force Lindsay to move from Los Angeles back to New York, and thus take her away from this world of self-destruction, because that would have meant killing her acting dreams.

“How could I deny my daughter the chance of a lifetime? How could I hold Lindsay back from her dream of becoming an actress? So, I listened to others and sent my daughter to Hollywood with a few pieces of luggage and a chaperone,” Dina writes.

Dina doesn't blame herself for anything that went wrong in Lindsay's life. She thinks being her mother and her manager made it impossible for her to make the right decision – at the right time.

After the initial report, Lohan's publicist issued a statement to TMZ to say that Dina hasn't written any book but, if she will, it will not expose her child's troubled past.

“Dina has not written a book yet and has not signed with a publisher. If and when that happens, her book would certainly show the utmost compassion for her children. Right now her focus is on the well-being of her family,” the rep says.

TMZ agrees: Dina hasn't written a book, she's written a prologue to a book for which she's trying to land a publisher first.

If a deal is signed, the book will come, the report adds.
