Dina Eastwood, Clint Eastwood’s wife of 17 years, has had another change of heart about their marriage. She’s just filed the divorce papers even though, only last month, she had filed to withdraw the separation papers.

TMZ obtained the documents confirming that this time it’s a real deal: Dina wants out. Moreover, the court documents reveal, she wants Clint to pay for her expenses both during the proceedings and afterwards.

“Dina – for some reason – withdrew the legal docs she filed last month, asking for a formal separation. But on Tuesday, Dina filed for divorce based on irreconcilable differences,” the celebrity publication reports.

“In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Dina is asking for full physical custody of their 16-year-old daughter Morgan. Dina wants spousal support. And, of course, Dina wants Clint to foot the bill for attorney's fees,” TMZ adds.

The famous actor and director has 8 children in total, but Morgan is his only child with Dina. No word yet if he plans to fight her demands in court or if he’ll just give in.

Last we heard, some time after Dina withdrew the filing for legal separation, they were both with other people: Clint was seeing Erica Tomlinson-Fisher, who was married to one of Dina’s good friends, Scott Fisher, whom she’d started dating.

Because of the tangled situation and Dina’s abrupt decision to withdraw the petition, some speculated that she and Clint had reached some sort of agreement that would have prevented them from getting into a very nasty divorce fight.

At the same time, the move would have saved Clint a world of financial hassle: the two don’t have a prenup, which means that, in the case of a divorce, everything they have, bought or obtained since their wedding day, is split in half.

In other words, Dina might walk away from the marriage a very rich woman.
