Rapper and business mogul Diddy and actor Mark Wahlberg were on The Ellen DeGeneres show the other day to promote AQUAHydrate, when Diddy made a very startling revelation: he used to be a bed wetter.

This might come as a surprise for all those who know Diddy as an overconfident man and successful celebrity, but he admits that he wasn’t always so: in fact, he used to wet his bed, which made him terrified thinking that he’d have to have a sleepover with other kids.
“One thing I want to say is, I grew up as a Kool-Aid kid. I never drank water. I used to pour a half a pound of sugar into the Kool-Aid. Besides it having me bouncing off the walls, I used to be a bed wetter… I guess I'm confessing that I used to be a bed wetter,” he says.
His advice to all the girls and boys out there is: drink water kids, not Kool-Aid. Stay hydrated.
