I bet your bass amp can't do this and still work!

Since it looks like today is somehow the bass day, one more about bass amplification, as well. You need not be a bass player to have at least heard about Trace Elliot bass amping. Simply one of the best names in the industry and the choice of many class players, Trace Elliot has been a long time one of the leading names when talking about reliability and performance.

Since things usually change over time, Trace Elliot changed as well, but only for the better and today, more than ever, the concept of "solid state" seems stronger than any other previous time.

Just to prove that "solid" must really mean solid,
Trace Elliot engineers make sure that the amplifier parts are well put together... by simply throwing them off from a 12-meter crane arm. Indeed, the volume pot broke loose but in five minutes' time the amp was back in business, growling and howling as if it was just taken out of the box! See the left side-attached picture and wonder... This is what makes a British bass amp truly rock!

And for a closer look at the new amp series from Trace Elliot, I'm inviting you to watch this GearWire movie, shot at the same Frankfurt Musikmesse: as reported by the GearWire reporters, an unknown German guy just took a Yamaha bass and a 715 Trace Elliot and went on grooving as hard and loud as possible as if it was the last day of the Earth.

Aside this rather smile-causing fact, please notice the fullness of the sound, even if it was recorded by a hand-camera. The new Trace Elliot bass combos sport MOSFET amplification and 7 bands EQ with a preshape circuit and extensive-control 4-way footswitch included. 15" Celestion speakers will blast the either 200 or the 500 Watts the 715/715 X combos "develop".

Cool looks, best performance, tough as a rock: the 715 series Trace Elliot

A new and very very cool feature on the Trace Elliot amps was the fact that all the command buttons, sliders and switches on the frontplate are backlit so you'll easily find what you need even on the darkest stages or the the most remote and shaded corners of any club you'll play in. Not only will you be able to spot the commands but also see their status as the Trace Elliot designers have also thought about your needs.

Now, if you feel like changing the way your bass guitar sounds, you can definitely consider switching to Trace Elliot products; and if your show consists of off-block amp-throwing, then Trace Elliot is THE amp you need!
