Did Britney Already Break Her No-Drinking Deal?

Just hours after being warned her substance abuse has to stop, Britney does what she knows best - effs the court orders and is out partying again. Earlier in the day, Brit Brit was warned that she was going to be tested for drugs and alcohol twice a week. Also, she was warned not to drink or take any medication at least 12 hours before getting the kids, as well as a whole bunch of other do's and don'ts that would guarantee her trying to be a responsible parent - or at least as responsible a parent as she can.

However, it looks like Britney didn't pay attention to the whole "clean up your act or lose the boys" warning and only took in the fact that she was allowed to keep joint custody for the moment. However, at the rate this is going, it looks like she will definitely not be sharing custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James with ex-hubby K-Fed for too long.

TMZ caught up with the popwreck outside both Winston's and Hyde last night, where Britney was literally swamped by an even bigger horde of paparazzi than are usually dogging her every step. The pop tart was smiling and giggling happily, hopefully because she found the company of her friends amusing and not because she'd been having some pre-party booze at home. However, as the paparazzi fought to get a good look at her, she loses the happy face and looks positively annoyed - probably because it just occurred to her that she might get one of those little sober-me-up visits just the following day.

I've stopped wondering a long time ago whether Brit Brit is plain stupid, ignorant or if any of this is done on purpose, as some sort of act of defiance. The thing is, I just realized the people in charge of having Brit tested will have a very easy time doing their jobs. All they have to do is turn on their computers and type "Britney Spears" into Google - and they won't even have to bother going to her house once they see her sprawled on the sidewalk or puking in a club bathroom - they'll know she's drunk and the whole "will she keep the kids" thing will be over in a minute. I must say, though, I was sort of expecting Britney to take it easy and stay away from the clubs for at least a couple of days. Which goes to show nothing's ever sure in Brit-Brit-land.
