14 DAY TRIAL // Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson have been dating for 7 years. They are one of the most stylish and adorable young couples in showbiz but, as she puts it, they really didn’t get off to a great start.
Diane is now starring in the FX series “The Bridge” (an official trailer for which is above) and she talked a bit about it in a new interview with Conan O’Brien. This is also when she dished out all the details of her and Joshua’s first date.
It wasn’t a great one.
First of all, Diane says, Joshua pretty much tricked her into going out with him because she had only agreed to have drinks. Secondly, he did everything wrong during dinner, including taking her to a place where there were so many flowers she got an allergic reaction.
At the end, he drove her home in his beat-up car and leaned in for a kiss. Her first thought was that she should slap him but, seeing how they’re still together after all this time, my guess is she didn’t.
