Former army Major James Hewitt has recently revealed some details on his affair with Britain's Princess Diana just months after she married Prince Charles, while he was under hypnosis.
Hewitt, who was being hypnotised for a new television documentary spoke about his relationship to the late British royal.
He has admitted to starting an affair with Diana in 1982, although he has always insisted that their romance didn't start until after 1985.
Hewitt wept as he talked about his love for Diana, who tragically died in a Paris car crash in 1997, together with her boyfriend, Dodi Al Fayed.
The ex-major confessed that Diana wanted to start a brand new life by his side.
"She thought she'd make a very good Army wife. It wasn't possible to do that. I think it was a dream", Hewitt said.
"She was happy when she was staying with me in Devon", he added.
James Hewitt, who has previously published a book about their affair, also mentioned he had always tried to protect Diana's family amid questions about when their relationship began
