Josh Mosqueira, the new game director for Diablo III, says that his team will continue to work on the game in order to improve the overall player experience and deliver on the promises that Blizzard has made before launch.

He says the work of his development team will be aimed mostly at those hardcore players who enjoy returning to the game in order to test their skills and search for rare treasure.

He states in an official blog on Battle.net that, “we have some great ideas brewing for ways to address randomization, what our endgame should offer, and how to make playing online with friends truly fulfilling.”

Mosqueira has also revealed that Blizzard is aiming to reform the loot system for Diablo III.

The game will get a PlayStation 4 release in the fall.
