Blizzard has confirmed that it will be bringing the beta stage for its Diablo III to an end on May 1, when the servers will be shut down, in preparation for the release of the full game on May 15.

Diablo III is probably one of the biggest games of the year, as the role playing dungeon crawler is eagerly awaited by quite a lot of people.

Many loyal fans were able to get a taste of the experience thanks to the beta stage for the game, which offered people a brief preview of each of the character classes in the title.

Now, Blizzard has confirmed that it will close the Diablo III beta stage at the beginning of next month, right on May 1.

All beta accounts and character information will be reset, according to the studio, but you can start the experience once again on May 15, when the game is actually released on the PC and Mac platforms by Blizzard.
