Blizzard has shared the full list of gameplay and class tweaks of the upcoming patch 2.1.0, showing off the many buffs and some of the nerfs made to different elements, abilities, weapons, and much more.

Update 2.1.0 is one of the biggest patches that's set to arrive for Diablo 3 ever since the great 2.0.1 update, which introduced the new loot system and paved the way for the launch of the Reaper of Souls expansion.

As such, Blizzard is taking great care of its release and has just rolled it out onto the Public Test Realm so that Diablo 3 players can try it out and share their feedback with the studio before the public release of the massive update.

Now, a series of details about the gameplay and class changes in patch 2.1.0 have been revealed on the official website, confirming some of the great and not so great tweaks made to the dungeon crawling RPG.

First up, all Reaper of Souls owners get an additional Stash Tab. However, at the same time, the Healing system has been tweaked, so that health globes replenish 15% of a character's life, instead of 20% or even 30% in some cases. In order to balance this out, gear properties like Life Regeneration and Life on Hit have been buffed, and this change is retroactive, meaning all existing gear will be more potent.

Pets from classes like Witch Doctor or Crusader have seen their AI improved and will no longer stay idle while enemies are around. Affected pets include Call of the Ancients, Companion, Fetish Army, Gargantuan, Mystic Ally, Phalanx, or Zombie Dogs.

Many other changes have also been made to all the existing character classes in the game.

The Barbarian has seen the Call of the Ancients, Cleave, Earthquake, Furious Charge, Ignore Pain, Rend, Seismic Slam, or Wrath of the Berserker improved in different ways.

The Crusader's Phalanx skill has seen buffs when it comes to the avatar's run speed, while the Bowmen rune will produce more precise archers.

The Demon Hunter will no longer see the Dexterity rating grant increased Dodge chance, as it will now give 1 armor per each point. Also, active skills like Cluster Arrow, Companion, Entangling Shot, Impale, Multishot, Rain of Vengeance, Rapid Fire, Sentry, Shadow Power, Smoke Screen, Spike Trap, Strafe, Vault, or Vengeance have been enhanced.

In the case of the Monk, its dexterity rating will offer armor instead of Dodge chance, while active skills like Crippling Wave, Cyclone Strike, Deadly Reach, Exploding Palm, Fists of Thunder, Seven-Sided Strike, Sweeping Wind, Tempest Rush, Wave of Light, or Way of the Hundred Fists have been improved. Passive skills like One with Everything, Provocation, or Seize the Initiative have been removed and new ones, such as Harmony, Determination, or Relentless Assault, have been added.

The Witch Doctor has also seen changes to active abilities like Corpse Spiders, Fetish Army, Locust Swarm, Mass Confusion, Poison Dart, Sacrifice, or Spirit Barrage.

Last but not least, the Wizard has also received some changes and new initial cast costs for skills like Arcane Torrent, Blizzard, Disintegrate, Energy Twister, Familiar, Hydra, Magic Missile, Meteor, and Ray of Frost.

The new Diablo 3 patch 2.1.0 is available for testing as we speak and these changes might be modified ahead of the update's actual public launch, depending on user feedback.
